Very friendly staff and always do good work. Unfortunately the latest visit was completely different from any previous visits. Car was under warranty, which takes time for approval after hours brakes were installed and was told my warranty didnt approve rotors. The GM told me he'd give me a deal on rotors when i came back but it'd be out of pocket. After I left I contacted my warranty company only to find out they approved everything that was sent to them. They never got a request for rotors only brakes. Went somewhere else and got rotors installed under warranty no problems. Unsure what was going on with the staff this day or maybe they didn't want to do the work or work with the warranty company. Unfortunately I'm unlikely to return, especially for the prices they charge.....

My 20 yr old granddaughter went here to have her car checked. She doesn't know alot about things like this. After getting an estimate of almost 3000. Which was more than she expected to pay. She decided to get a 2nd estimate from a local mechanic. When she arrived at second mechanic her tire was in this shape. I don't understand why free service let her leave with the tire in this shape. Thank god she didnt have a blow out.....
